Buying & ordering

Can I see the container before buying?
Yes. We send detailed photos of your specific container two days before delivery, including the container number.
What's the difference between "new" and "used"?
A "new" or "one-trip" container has been shipped exactly once from the factory in China. A "used" container has spent years in maritime service — A-grade used means wind & watertight, structurally sound, with cosmetic wear.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
For containers in stock: typically 5–10 working days from approved offer to delivery. For modifications, add 2–4 weeks depending on the scope.
Do you accept returns?
Containers are bespoke industrial goods, so we don't accept returns once delivered. That's why we send photos beforehand and stand behind our quality grades.

Delivery & placement

How is the container delivered?
Standard delivery is with a HIAB crane truck — we drive up, lift the container off the truck, and place it exactly where you want it within 6 meters of the truck.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is quoted based on the distance from our depot to your address, crane truck included. Your quote shows the exact amount before you decide.
What does the ground need to be like?
Ideally flat, firm and level — concrete, paved area, packed gravel or compacted soil. We can place containers on railroad ties or concrete blocks for ventilation.
Can the truck reach my location?
Crane trucks need ~3.5 m width and 4 m height clearance. For very tight or remote locations we use side-loaders or arrange separate cranes.

Modifications

Can you cut windows, doors and vents?
Yes — we have an in-house workshop. Standard options include personnel doors, windows, louvre vents, electrical sockets and lighting, insulation, internal walls, and RAL-color paint jobs.
How long do modifications take?
Simple mods (1–2 windows + door + paint) typically 2 weeks. Full conversions (insulation, electrical, interior) 4–6 weeks.
Do I need a permit for a modified container?
For temporary use on private land usually not. For permanent placement, accommodation use, or commercial premises you may need a building permit.

Payment & terms

How does payment work?
Standard terms: 50% deposit on order confirmation, remaining 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer; card payment available on request.
Do you rent containers?
Yes — minimum 1 month, longer terms get better rates. Rental includes delivery, pickup and basic maintenance.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices on the website exclude VAT. The invoice shows the VAT applicable in the country of delivery separately.
